We're seeking a highly motivated Event Marketing and Innovation Lead to drive the marketing strategy for our flagship events, focusing on the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Collaborate with event stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing goals and messaging, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for major events within the engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • Digital Marketing: Optimize digital campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM, and PPC to drive event engagement and registration, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless marketing experience.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create compelling content for the event audience, including promotional materials, blogs, and case studies, leveraging the company's strengths in innovation and industry leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within events or a related industry.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, content development, and project management.
