Job Description

Nursery Setting: You will be part of a busy nursery with a team of qualified and experienced staff who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Salary: £11.44 per hour (£23,795 per annum)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with parents on their child's activities and progress
  • Engage in interactive play, reading, and other activities aligned to the Early Years curriculum
  • Promote and ensure child welfare and protection, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Manage your own time to complete required coursework and meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An English qualification GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2)
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging
  • Good relationship-building skills, including empathy, active listening, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
