Clinical Pharmacy Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacy Professional to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
About the Role:
- This is an excellent opportunity for a registered pharmacy technician with experience in a hospital setting to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
- You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical services to patients.

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver clinical pharmacy services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacy Technician.
- At least one year's post-registration experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Clear and confident communication skills, patient-focused.
