We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Services Practitioner to join our team in Westminster. As a Children's Services Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, providing high-quality support and guidance.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £37 per hour, based on the pay rate and location.

Job Description:

  • Manage a caseload of 8-12 families, conducting thorough risk assessments and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and work directly with children and families to build trust and provide effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services Social Work.
  • Proven experience in child protection, court work, and working with Children in Need (CIN).
  • Strong understanding of child protection laws, practices, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children and families.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
