We are a leading healthcare provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Our care home in Glasgow offers a wide range of services, including nursing care, palliative care, and respite care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and have experience in caring for others.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Reviewing and updating care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.
  • Planning and reviewing staff rotas to ensure care support is available at all times.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment across the Care Home.
  • Promoting the Home in a professional manner and raising awareness within the local community.

The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £11.15 per hour, with an estimated annual salary of £19,133.

This full-time role works 36 hours a week on night shifts, offering a range of benefits including:
