About the Role

As a Retail Manager at Marie Curie UK, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in our stores. You will also be responsible for administration tasks, including financial reporting, cash handling, and security procedures.

You will work closely with our store teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
