Care Manager for Children’s Services - Make a Difference in Swanley

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our children’s services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff members, developing individualised care plans, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise staff members in providing safe and nurturing environments for residents.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that cater to each child’s unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as per organisational requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Level 5 Leadership Management qualification in Children and Young People.
  • Has substantial experience working with children and young people who require therapeutic support.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, handling pressure with ease and inspiring confidence in colleagues.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and a ‘can-do’ approach, fostering a collaborative team environment.
