Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with tenants, clients, contractors, and external parties to provide administrative support
* React to emergencies and oversee engineer attendance
* Schedule PPMs to specialist subcontractors
* Handle customer complaints and queries via telephone, email, or letter
* Chase subcontractors' reports and schedules
* Report any issues with suppliers, engineers, or subcontractors
Requirements:
* Desirable: Level 2/3 Customer Service
* Experience with Microsoft packages, email, and internet
