Salary:

£50,000 per annum

Job Description:

This role involves working within an Employee-Owned business that empowers staff with an open-door policy and investment in training. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing production quality, efficiency, and overall performance, while improving existing manufacturing workflows and managing resources and tooling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong manufacturing experience with a focus on AS9100
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems
  • Familiarity with electromechanical assembly
  • Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement
