We are looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving primary school in Dorchester.
About the Role- This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on student learning and development, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- To provide excellent support to teachers, assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a Primary setting.
- Level 2/3 safeguarding certification for children, along with an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service (we can assist with this).
- A competitive salary of £22,500 per year, plus weekly pay, one week in arrears.
- Opportunities to cover teaching posts and observe class progression.
