**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching and Learning Associate to join our team, providing individualized support to students with autism and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

You will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to implement strategies that promote student engagement, motivation, and achievement.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Provide targeted support to students with autism, addressing their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Enhance communication between students, teachers, and parents/guardians, ensuring a collaborative approach to student progress.
  • Encourage students to develop their independence and life skills, fostering self-confidence and resilience.
  • Experience working with students with autism or similar neurodiverse conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £76.92-£95.68 per day.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities.

Salary: £83,500 per annum (based on 5 days/week)
