We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Complex Care team in the South West region. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of our statement of purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Support and manage staff to ensure the needs of children and young people are met
- Undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate
- Manage child protection concerns and complaints
- Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Working towards or holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
- Current full driving license
- At least 3 years' experience in Residential children's Care, including supervisory experience
