Blom and Blom nursery in Beaconsfield is a vibrant and dynamic environment where children thrive. We are seeking an experienced Education Support Worker to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and education.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised childcare qualification, such as a level 2/3 CACHE, EYE or equivalent, and have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a nursery setting. They will also be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
