Contract Administration Lead Job Summary:

Expert Construction in Co Tyrone is seeking a skilled Contract Administration Lead to oversee commercial aspects of projects in the civil engineering construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial tendering processes for new projects
  • Negotiate and agree subcontractor terms and conditions
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders
  • Work closely with contracts management to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing civils construction projects
  • Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Effective communication and managerial skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office
  • Full drivers licence

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
