Contract Administration Lead Job Summary:
Expert Construction in Co Tyrone is seeking a skilled Contract Administration Lead to oversee commercial aspects of projects in the civil engineering construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial tendering processes for new projects
- Negotiate and agree subcontractor terms and conditions
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Work closely with contracts management to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing civils construction projects
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
- Effective communication and managerial skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
- Full drivers licence
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
