Bar Team Lead Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Team Lead to join the Wildes Group team.

As a Bar Team Lead, you will support the management team across all areas to deliver exceptional service through a warm and friendly approach to guests, supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of service and quality
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new service initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £24,500 to £26,500 per annum
  • The opportunity to work 5 out of any 7 days

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as a Bar Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive results
