At Slater Heelis, we're on a mission to become a leading regional law firm within a top 40 national Law Firm. We're seeking an exceptional People Experience Specialist to join our dynamic and progressive People Team.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to develop with a modern mindset to people and culture, working closely with experienced professionals across Slater Heelis and contributing to key areas of the employee lifecycle. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering people-focused initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

As a People Experience Specialist, you'll support the development and execution of people-focused initiatives, collaborate with teams and leaders to embed changes across the firm, and tailor initiatives to fit the diverse needs of employees. Your expertise will help us shape a culture where our teams thrive and achieve lasting success and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver people initiatives that drive positive employee experiences across Slater Heelis
  • Support and deliver change initiatives, partnering to embed these changes across the firm
  • Customise employee experiences to fit the diverse needs of employees
  • Evaluate and refine current people processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction
  • Upskill people leaders across the firm in people management and team development
  • Taking responsibility for employee communications and people operations throughout the employee lifecycle

We're looking for someone who is comfortable in the grey, demonstrating agility in a scaling, high-growth environment and has project management and change management experience.
