About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Property Litigation Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution department as an integral part of our team. As a progressive and commercially successful firm, we require someone who is passionate about property litigation law and has a strong network of clients and referrers in the local and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to win new clients and form long-standing relationships.
  • Prioritize workloads while remaining resilient under pressure and competing demands.
  • Provide high-quality client service and prioritize relationship building.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in property litigation law.
Requirements
  • 5 years PQE in property litigation law, ideally with experience in commercial and high-value property.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines.
