Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

An exciting chance has arisen for a seasoned Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice with a strong presence in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, commercial contracts, and professional negligence claims.
  2. Contribute to business development initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
  1. A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5-10 years of PQE+ experience.
  2. Proven experience in running a Civil Litigation caseload.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
  4. A proactive approach with a keen interest in business development.
