Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individual and group learning activities in KS2, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the organization of the learning environment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe and healthy space for students.
  • Help deliver learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT, to support student progress and achievement.
  • Support colleagues with behavior management and pupil safety, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in performance reviews and training sessions, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Carry out MDSA duties and first aid responsibilities, providing essential support to students and staff.
