About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in SN3. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individual and group learning activities in KS2, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT
  • Assisting with the organization of the learning environment and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping deliver learning activities and supporting colleagues with behavior management and pupil safety
  • Participating in performance reviews and training sessions
  • Carrying out MDSA duties and first aid responsibilities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Energetic, kind, caring, and enthusiastic with a flexible approach
  • Good standard of English and Maths to GCSE level
  • Supportive of Catholic values and ethos
