We are seeking a qualified Elementary School Instructor to join our team of education professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a variety of primary schools in Derby, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to children across different year groups and subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring that all students have access to a broad and balanced education.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in training opportunities relevant to primary education.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance) is essential.
