Key responsibilities include:

  • Lesson Planning: Create engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum, taking into account individual needs and learning styles.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Tutoring: Use teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to engage in training opportunities relevant to primary education.
  • Certification for Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
