Private Client Tax Partner/Director Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Kent's leading chartered accountancy practices to find a highly skilled Private Client Tax Partner/Director. This is an exceptional chance for an experienced tax professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the private client tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of private client tax matters, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic tax planning solutions and collaborating with other departments to provide integrated client solutions.
  • Oversee a team made up of Managers, Seniors, and Trainees, and contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm.
Requirements:
  • ACA/CTA qualified, with substantial experience in private client tax and a proven track record in leading and managing a tax department.
  • In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation, and strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to the firm's growth and development.
