Private Client Tax Partner/Director Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Kent's leading chartered accountancy practices to find a highly skilled Private Client Tax Partner/Director. This is an exceptional chance for an experienced tax professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the private client tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on private client tax matters, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic tax planning solutions and staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client solutions and contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm.
  • Oversee a team of Managers, Seniors, and Trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • ACA/CTA qualified with substantial experience in private client tax.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a tax department, with a strong understanding of tax legislation and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and contribute to the firm's growth and development.
