We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Transformation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing change activities and delivering new systems into our financial control environment.

About the Job:
  • Foster collaboration between finance and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial control in the build process.
  • Work closely with the finance value stream to understand and validate finance requirements, ensuring solutions meet the needs of both finance and the organization.
  • Develop efficient user acceptance testing processes, focusing on critical areas such as billing, collections, and cash management.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the new platform's finance functionality and its applications.
  • Provide support for business readiness and training activities, ensuring a smooth implementation of finance systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with financial control frameworks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems (Finance Data Hub, Oracle Fusion General Ledger accounting).
