Caralex Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Project Coordinator for a well-established new build residential developer based in Essex.

The role entails appointing and managing external consultants, reviewing their work and providing support to other departments. This includes offering advice to construction staff on site, supplying information for sales brochures, and providing details for the commercial team.

This position requires an experienced candidate with prior knowledge of both housing and flatted developments. The successful applicant will be working within the residential development industry or have experience as a Design Coordinator for a new build contractor.

The ideal candidate will have an architectural or civil engineering background and extensive experience working on new build residential projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, a performance-related bonus scheme, and a supportive work environment.
