About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator to join our team at Link3 Recruitment. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of exams in our secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise exam rooms to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
  • Prepare exam rooms, including arranging seating and distributing exam materials, and collect all exam materials at the end of the session.
  • Monitor exams for any signs of cheating or disruptive behavior.
  • Clearly explain exam procedures and rules to students before the exam begins.
  • Provide necessary support to students during the exam.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.
Requirements
  • Completed a Certificate relating to Exam Invigilation.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
