Exam Invigilator Opportunity

Link3 Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and organized Exam Invigilator to join our team in Derby. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of exams in our secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision: Oversee the exam room to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
  • Setting & Clearing Up: Prepare the exam room, including arranging seating and distributing exam materials, and collect all exam materials at the end of the session.
  • Monitoring: Watch for any signs of cheating or disruptive behavior.
  • Providing Instructions: Clearly explain exam procedures and rules to students before the exam begins.
  • Assisting Students: Address any queries related to exam protocols and provide necessary support.
  • Maintaining Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.
Requirements:
  • Training: Completed a Certificate relating to Exam Invigilation and familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience: Experience with exam invigilator roles is beneficial, but not mandatory.
