We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Vouch Global, a leading creative performance agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client campaigns, including complex digital marketing and advertising campaigns, influencer marketing campaign launches, and video content projects.
- Utilize optimization methods to ensure maximum performance and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
- Anticipate potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Regularly update key stakeholders on project status.
- Plan digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery.
- Analyze the success of client campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
- Oversee the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of cost implications, changes to budget, spending, and cost changes.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by upselling additional services or expanding campaign scope, while consistently delivering value and meeting client objectives.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong previous experience in client servicing, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including account management peers, creative, and media to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to regularly update key stakeholders on project status.
