Overview

We are working with an exciting start-up based in Glasgow to recruit a talented Software Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be worked fully remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a C# .NET Developer is required.

Salary: £45,000-55,000 per annum (DOE). The right to work in the UK is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework, C#, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and database-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • C#, .NET Core/Framework, Entity Framework proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, particularly stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
