Medical Device Quality Lead Position

An exceptional opportunity exists for a Medical Device Quality Lead to spearhead quality improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive excellence in a pioneering Medical Device company based in Gloucestershire.

We are seeking an accomplished Medical Device Quality Lead to join our Quality team to drive quality initiatives, resolve complex issues, and maintain meticulous documentation.

  • Oversee the investigation process, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to improve supplier performance and quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for audits, traceability, and continuous improvement.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.
