Reliability and Compliance Engineer

The Redline Group Ltd is a leading Medical Device Manufacturer based in Gloucester, seeking a skilled Reliability and Compliance Engineer to join its team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of the Quality team, you will be responsible for leading investigations into NCR and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve quality issues. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading investigations into NCR when faults are found in received PCBA and identifying the root cause.
- Recommending and implementing corrective actions and ensuring their effective execution.
- Collaborating with suppliers and external manufacturers to communicate quality issues and drive improvement.
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have provable experience in a Quality Engineering or related role, preferably within the Electronics industry. Additionally, you should be proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment and have knowledge of PCB design and assembly processes as well as IPC standards. Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, are also essential.
