We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh in Liverpool. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As an experienced Client Executive with a Property-Casualty insurance background, you will build relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for a market-leading, global organisation that can provide long-term career progression.

You will work closely with a close-knit team in a fast-growing office and have opportunities to develop your professional career.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and grow profitable and successful relationships delivering best-in-class service with large, complex and/or multinational clients
  • Identify and agree strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
  • Lead and sign off insurance programme design activities
  • Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
  • Proactively work with internal and external networks to build relationships with prospective new clients and achieve personal new business targets
  • Deliver effective presentations both in the office and on client sites
  • Act as first port of call to respond to client needs and questions to improve the client experience

Requirements:

  • Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Existing market relationships

About the Role:

  • $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
