About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including stock rotation and storage, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve excellent service standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of chef experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fresh food and commitment to quality.
  • Desire to learn and improve culinary skills.
