We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing vehicle damage and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced body shop environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, working closely with the repair team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective repairs. They will also be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage using industry-standard techniques and tools
  • Collaborate with the repair team to develop effective repair plans
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
