Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop detailed reports highlighting the impact of patients' conditions on their daily lives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted HCPC registration.
  • Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in the UK (NHS or private healthcare providers).
  • Strong report writing, communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
