Role: Game Designer - Immersive Worlds

As a Game Designer at Gunzilla Games, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the worlds our players explore. You'll be responsible for designing compelling gameplay mechanics, crafting engaging narratives, and ensuring that every aspect of the game world feels alive and immersive.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with other designers, artists, programmers, and producers to bring game concepts to life.
  • Develop innovative gameplay systems and mechanics that are both fun and challenging.
  • Design engaging narratives and quests that drive player progression and immersion.
  • Create detailed design documents and specifications that clearly communicate your vision.
  • Conduct user testing and analyze player feedback to iterate on designs and improve the overall player experience.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for game systems design and a strong understanding of game development principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing engaging gameplay mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively share your ideas with team members.
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine Editor is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • A deep understanding of player psychology and engagement strategies.
Bonus Skills:
