About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director of Strategic Asset Management to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving the performance and viability of our property portfolio throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and maintain standards for new build handover, whole life investment decisions, and complex acquisition/disposal appraisals.
  • Lead a department of circa 25, with three department heads, to deliver appraisal and investment, decarbonisation, and complex operational tasks.
  • Exhibit passion, resolve, and innovation to drive our Asset Management and wider corporate strategies forward.
  • Engage effectively with executives, non-executive Board members, and strategic partners to manage expectations and challenge with sound logic and expertise.
