About This Opportunity

A leading Property Management Organisation based in Manchester is looking for a talented Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting role offers the chance to work in a newly created position within a fast-growing organisation.

Key Tasks:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Analyse booking trends and demand shifts to optimise revenue for each property.
  • Implement flexible minimum stay policies to boost occupancy rates.
  • Adjust pricing seasonally and design promotional campaigns to maximise profitability.
  • Promote direct bookings by focusing on increasing business profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with local businesses to generate direct bookings.
  • Identify and leverage all potential sources for generating bookings.
  • Report on direct booking performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management and pricing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking websites.
  • Proficient use of Price Labs or similar pricing tool.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

This is an excellent opportunity working with a progressive organisation. Salary circa £32,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
