  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards;
  • Developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses;
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve health and safety performance.
