We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our client's team in Cheshire. As a Band 6 Community HEF Dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and managing a caseload of community patients. If you have a strong background in community HEF and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of community patients with HEF requirements
  • Delivering high-quality patient care and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in community HEF and applying this knowledge to your practice

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Clear and Enhanced DBS
  • Degree or higher in Dietetics
  • 2 years of post-graduate experience in the NHS
