To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of supporting children with challenging behaviours within the classroom and on an outreach basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to the student with behavioural challenges in and outside the school setting.
- Develop and implement effective behaviour intervention plans tailored to the student's needs.
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and external professionals to support the student's educational and behavioural goals.
- Employ a variety of behaviour management techniques and strategies to promote positive behaviours.
The estimated salary for this role is £92,500 per annum, based on the national average daily rate of £85-£100 and a standard full-time schedule.
