About the Role

We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant with experience working with students who have special educational needs. The ideal candidate will be confident in assisting students with varied needs, whether physical or cognitive, and have a proven track record of delivering excellent support in a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs in a school setting
  • To assist students with their academic and personal development, promoting independence and self-confidence
  • To communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for the student

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology)
  • Experience working with students who have special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
