Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Surveyor to join our team at Densell Recruitment Careers. As a Desktop Surveyor, you will be responsible for reviewing reports, information, and photos of property damage to prepare scopes of work for reinstatement repairs following an insurance claim.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review surveys, reports, photos, and videos to estimate costs and prepare scopes of work
  • Plan and oversee projects to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Update company systems and client portals throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Experience in using Xactimate or similar systems such as Symbility/CoreLogic, Synergy, Metrix, or Blueprint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
