Role Summary

This part-time receptionist position is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. You will provide a welcoming and professional reception service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring seamless administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective reception cover, handling administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide a friendly and approachable service to all stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure the reception desk is covered throughout the working day, handling queries and concerns from patients, relatives, and staff.
  • Manage phone calls, taking accurate messages and actioning as required.
  • Organise patient reviews, setting dates, inviting relevant individuals, typing reports, and distributing as necessary.
Requirements
  • Good standard of general education, including GCSE Mathematics and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good literacy and keyboard skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages and email systems.
  • Able to work effectively within a team, taking direction from senior team members.
