Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for delivering this programme by proactively managing a forward plan of events, extending the reach and diversity of the programme, and using ongoing learning to develop it in new directions and build in the flexibility to react to new initiatives.
This hybrid role will involve working mostly from home with one day in the office per week, with the flexibility to work on site when required to plan and deliver events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward plan of events to deliver the programme
- Extend the reach and diversity of the programme through proactive management and ongoing learning
- Use business acumen to develop the programme in new directions and build in flexibility to react to new initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve programme objectives
- Manage and coordinate events to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Experience in event management or a related field
