Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, set up CRM system entries, and ensure seamless job acceptance through Client Portals.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients via telephone, address queries professionally, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Survey Planning: Coordinate and arrange surveys, guarantee efficient utilization of Surveyors, and meet project deadlines.
- Pre-Works Checks: Make courtesy calls to customers ahead of scheduled works, verify all arrangements are in place for successful completion on time.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare Consignment Notes, PRCs, Site Diaries, and other necessary documentation for the following day's tasks, update registers, and distribute to Site Supervisors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards when processing completed site paperwork and updating records.
- Supportive Tasks: Assist with departmental training, maintain accurate records, and complete various ad-hoc duties as required.
About the Successful Candidate
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished telephone manner and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Technical Expertise: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and email/internet tools.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and maintain productivity under pressure.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Showcase an ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, foster a positive team environment, and contribute to the organization's overall success.
