About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Build and maintain a customer pipeline to drive sales growth
  3. Maintain high standards of compliance with FCA regulations
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B)
  • Experience in a 360 sales cycle
  • A proven track record of working to KPIs
