Public Relations and Communications Specialist

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join its in-house communications team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in promoting the Trust's reputation and enhancing its profile through proactive and reactive communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior PR and Communications Officers and Senior PR and Communications Manager in implementing the public relations and external and internal communications strategies for The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Marsden Private Care, and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
- Assist in delivering a proactive and reactive plan to raise the profile and understanding of the work of the Trust, Charity, and Private Care, enhance their reputation, and promote awareness of their aims and achievements in ways that are appropriate for their different audiences.
- Take a leading role in supporting the Trust Internal Communications Manager with trust-wide internal communications, gathering and uploading content to the Trust's intranet RM Matters, and supporting them in the further development of these communications channels.
