About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a School Staff Instructor. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in fostering a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people.

Your experience of pastoral care will enable you to place our learners' welfare at the heart of the school. You will work closely with our teaching staff to provide excellent support and guidance to our students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to students, including pastoral care and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver outstanding educational experiences
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
